- Are The Products Listed Online Readily Available?
Products advertised on our site are pending warehouse or supplier stocks, we may sometimes not have the item in our warehouse and require to order it directly from our importers.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently no we do not, but with the future in mind, we do plan on being able to provide to rest of the world.
- How long will it take to receive my item?
Orders can take as little as 3-10 business days, unless it is coming from our importers, then it can take up to 7 days.
- Layby or Holds?
No we do not layby items. We believe AfterPay and zip money compensate for this...why wait when you can have it now?!
- My helmet doesn't have Australian standards sticker?!
Never fear, Australian Standards AS1698, is now being replaced with the International UN ECE 22.05 Standard. To find if yours meets this standard check your strap for a white label with the letter "E" followed by a number eg. E12, E15, E11 etc. This is the bay it was inspected at, and is given that sticker as approval. If you are still on Australian Standards AS1698 do not worry as it is still just as safe.
- Can I Exchange or Return my item?
Yes you certainly can as long as they meet our return or exchange policy.

The shipping promotion is valid only on Rideline.com.au online purchases within Australia. Rideline is not responsible to cover return freight costs on change of mind purchases. Faulty items will be replaced with same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. Rideline will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
